Just for the record, because I do not intend to argue with Prof. Debertolis on this forum:
- calling Mr. Brett a "former archaeology student" is not undermining his capacity, it's reality: he is not an archaeologist, as his everyday job has nothing to do with archaeology; and in every country except Italy he would not be called a 'Doctor' with a Bachelor's degree. Whatever his capacities, calling him 'Dr. Brett, archaeologist' is, in my opinion, quite misleading.
- How can the mention of Prof. Pazdur attending the Sarajevo conference "cast a doubt" on her competence? Does Prof. Debertolis consider that every participant to this conference is ipso facto questionable? I do not.
- As for the nature of the stone where the sample was taken, the mention of sandstone comes from the Foundation site: http://www.piramidasunca.ba/ba/index.php?o...=3380&Itemid=26. The word 'pješćar' means 'sandstone', not clay. If they have it wrong, Prof. Debertolis should correct them. By the way, the fact that there haven't been any real geologist among the Foundation team for years tells a lot!
